The core element of our business at Navix is the provision of services that take various forms
of digital information, turn them into any required format, and then convert this information
into the various languages of the world. The demand for such services as these is growing
on a global scale. We have therefore created the Global Communications Department to
expand our interests into new fields as a direct result of our awareness in increasing our role.
This new department is the result of the many years of experience we have gained in the field
of multilingual translation and the experience we have gained in setting up branches overseas.
Our objective is to cater to requirements of not only our corporate customers, as has been the
case up until now, but also in individuals as they select desirable work and residence locales
while raising their global awareness. Our intention is to tear down the barriers demarking the
languages, cultures and customs of both Japan and the rest of the world, and to provide powerful
backup to facilitate free communications between people and cater to the demands of
new lifestyles through the medium of accurate and sufficient information.

In addition to the short- and long-term overseas study programs mostly targeting company
employees, our Study Abroad Project also features programs to allow individuals the experience
of living abroad and, above all, special technical programs in areas that are only available
overseas, as well as providing consulting services for companies intending to move overseas.
Making the best possible use of the know-how we have built up over many years, we are able
to suggest programs that perfectly match the requirements of people who wish to be active
on the international stage. The planning process involves getting together with the customer
to create individual yet lifestyle-encompassing packages that are not available from major
package organizers, (such as including hobbies and other practical advantages in addition to
the normal language study.) |

Our Manpower Development and Introduction Project exploits our experience gathered
together through many years of employing foreign staff members, who work alongside our
Japanese staff, and introducing and dispatching foreign nationals who wish to live in Japan
to companies that are considering employing an overseas work force.
And, as an extension of this service, we also introduce and dispatch Japanese workers who are
skilled at foreign languages and have an international mind-set.
This project involves tie-ups with the Study Abroad Project, and we strive hard on a daily basis
to secure talented workers.
* Registered Foreign Workers: Approximately 950 (as of january 10, 2008,) including
translators, interpreters, overseas sales personnel, marketing personnel, instructors, IT engineers,
secretaries, etc.
